Unlike many building companies in Andalucia, we only employ British tradesmen, most of whom speak excellent Spanish. All our tradesmen are employed by the company and pay Seguro and Tax into the Spanish system.

Twice weekly visits from the architect and constant supervision by the project manager is the norm, and our clients are free to visit the site at anytime to discuss the progress with the site foreman.
